About Our Model

As our name indicates, 360 Recruiting Group offers full cycle, end-to-end recruiting which generally consists of these steps:

  • First, we arrange a time for us to connect to discuss your hiring (and other) needs and any previous recruiting efforts and/or areas of concerns. We take the time to understand your business and the type of individuals that would succeed in your culture.

 

  • We provide an honest appraisal about current market conditions, the availability of candidates, and how attractive your role and compensation package are.

 

  • We have access to top candidates through our industry-leading databases, our range of advertising solutions, active networking, and with keeping up to date with social media trends. We assess the scope of your needs and work with your budget to advise you on your best course of action.

 

  • ·We work with you to identify qualified candidates of interest and complete detailed pre-screenings and/or extensive interviewing, providing you with feedback and recommendations. We are also able to arrange personality testing, background checks, and reference checks.

 

  • Finally, we prepare and manage offers to make sure that you secure your new hire with confidence and ultimate satisfaction.

 

What sets us apart from traditional recruiting firms is that, typically, recruiters and/or staffing agencies charge 20-30% of a new hire's starting salary after that hire is made. At 360 Recruiting Group, our services are provided on an a la carte basis; meaning, you can use us as much or as little as you’d like. Our team consists of non-commission, professional consultants who are dedicated to finding the best candidates for your company and within your budget. We have an incredibly effective and low-cost approach to recruiting which we review in depth with our clients prior to the start of all projects.
